1.update itunes version and check computer date or time and turn off antivirus or firewall...
2.Download Again IPSW With Check Md5 Hash.
3.Or This Problem from IPSW FILE YOu Can Try To Download Direct With iTunes
Then 90%% done 
4.to get out of DFU mode unplug from USB, hold down sleep button and home screen until the phone restarts, once your out of DFU mode close iTunes and plug back in to start whatever process it is your trying to do.
